In the Harduf Complex of Jerusalem’s Gilo neighborhood, close to the future light rail station, we are facilitating, jointly with Rothstein Company, the vacating of 179 residential units and the construction of approx. 750 residential units in towers of 25-35 floors, in a combination of perimeter-block constructing that includes synagogues, kindergartens, daycare centers, and outdoor commercial areas.
The project includes preservation and accessibility adaptations of the existing green space.
